When The Goods Are Ready To Ship Either By Sea Or By Air, The Exporters Contact The Forwarding Agencies To Arrange Loading Program For Their Shipments. Once Everything Is In Order, The Goods Are Handed Over To The Clearing Agent Along With Required Documents For Custom Clearance. Export Shipments Also Go Through The Same Two Phases As Discussed Above I.E. Examination Phase & Appraisal Phase. Once Both The Phases Are Cleared, The Shipment Is Also Checked By The Drug Inspection Cell And Anti Narcotics Force Staff In Order To Make Sure That No Contra Band Items Are Being Exported From Pakistan. Exporters Should Have To Make Sure That Only Those Items Are Allowed To Be Exported From Pakistan Which Have Been Allowed In The Export Policy Of Pakistan. – Commercial Invoice
– Packing List
– Attested Original & Duplicate Eforms From The Bank
– Weboc User ID & Password
– MSDS Form / Health Certificate /Certificate Of Origin (Where Required)
– Undertaking Of Declaration
